Late Patient Policy​
All patients must be aware that to ensure our appointment system runs on time, we ask that all patients arrive early to their appointment.
If you arrive late by any time margin, you may not be seen by the clinician. This ensures our appointment scheduling is efficient and our clinicians are utilized to manage all elements of primary care effectively
Multiple conditions in GP appointments
Please be aware that during each 10 minute GP appointment, our doctors are utilized to discuss one medical issue. If you have multiple concerns to be addressed, you may need to arrange a follow-up appointment to ensure each concern can be addressed effectively.
