Dr Pezhman Fard

BSc MBBS MRCGP (General Practitioner)

Dr Fard joined the practice in August 2010 and became Partner in October 2011.

He trained at St Bartholomew’s & The Royal London School of Medicine & Dentistry and qualified in 2005. In addition, he has undertaken an intercalated Bachelor of Science Degree in experimental pathology.

Dr R Hayes

  MBBS (General Practitioner)

Dr Hayes is well known to Camden. She is a GP with special interest in dermatology as well as an experienced GP trainer.

Miss Punam Vadgama (Practice Manager)

Punam joined the practice in October 2013 as practice administrator. She was appointed practice manager in July 2017.

 

Mrs Amina Begum (Senior Administrator)

Amina is the first point of contact regarding reception and administrative matters.  As a very experienced receptionist, Amina ensures that reception is running smoothly and that her team provides the best service to our patients. Amina is also the practice’s senior administrator dealing with most patient related paperwork.

Mr Jay Ray Bartolome (Junior Administrator)

Jay Ray joins the team as a GP receptionist and administrator with experience of working in a large GP practice.

Mr Towhid Choudhury (Reception Lead)

Towhid is an experienced receptionist and administrator, with a wealth of knowledge in primary care.  Adding to that he also extends his role at times by helping with IT related matters.

Olivia Sanders (Receptionist)

Olivia Sanders joined the team as a GP receptionist and administrator in August of 2017.

 

                                                                                          Mrs Rebecca Forster

Clerical Assistant – Rebecca is responsible for dealing with the general administration of medical notes and patient records.  She is also responsible for ensuring that correspondence sent to GP’s is dealt with in a timely manner.
